Welcome to Curbside Scoop Solutions, a division of Curbside Solutions LLC. By signing up for our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are essential for protecting our team, your property, and maintaining the high standards we set for every visit. Please read carefully before accepting.

1. Service Agreement

1.1 Scope of Service We provide residential and commercial pet waste removal services, which may include:

  • Waste scooping and haul-away

  • Yard sanitizing and deodorizing

  • Dog deterrent spray

  • One-time cleanups

1.2 Service Schedule

  • Residential plans are billed every 4 weeks.

  • Commercial plans are quoted after a site inspection.

  • All scheduling is subject to weather and holiday modifications.

1.3 One-Time Cleanups For properties with excessive buildup (2+ weeks of waste), a flat-rate charge will apply. Heavily overgrown or hazardous yards may be declined or rescheduled at our discretion.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Property Access

  • Gates must be unlocked and accessible.

  • All dogs must be secured indoors or in a separate area.

  • If we can’t access the yard, the visit is still billable. One reschedule will be attempted.

2.2 Safe Yard Conditions

  • Yards should be reasonably maintained with trimmed grass.

  • Excessive mud, debris, or tall grass may prevent complete service.

2.3 Pet Safety & Interactions

  • We never enter yards with unsecured or aggressive pets.

  • Our team will not feed, touch, or restrain your pets.

2.4 Waste Disposal We remove all collected waste offsite unless otherwise discussed. We do not leave waste behind, even for composting.

3. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

3.1 Billing Terms

  • We bill every 4 weeks. Prepaid quarterly/semi-annual/annual options are available at discounted rates.

  • Accepted: credit/debit cards and ACH. No cash or checks.

  • Late fees of $10 apply if payments are 7+ days past due.

3.2 Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

  • No refunds for unused weeks in a current billing cycle.

  • Prepaid plans are non-refundable but transferable to a new in-zone address.

3.3 Price Changes Prices are locked in for 12 months unless otherwise notified. Increases may occur due to inflation, fuel costs, or improved service offerings.

4. Weather, Holidays & Missed Visits

4.1 Inclement Weather

  • We operate in light rain. Services may be rescheduled during storms, lightning, hurricanes, or flooding.

4.2 Holidays No service on:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Independence Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve & Day

Missed visits will be rescheduled or credited.

5. Discounts, Promotions & Referrals

Military/Public Servant Discount: 10% off.

  • Referral Bonus: $10 off per referral (stackable).

  • Neighborhood & HOA Discounts: Starting at 10% off for 5+ homes.

  • Google Review Promotion: $5 off for verified reviews.

Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise noted.

6. Satisfaction & Service Guarantee

  • If we miss a spot or you're unhappy with the service, notify us within 24 hours. If you're not happy, we'll fix it!

7.1 Liability Waiver We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries caused by customer pets

  • Pre-existing yard damage or unstable gates/fences

  • Items left in the yard, including toys, tools, or lawn decorations

7.2 Client-Reported Issues

  • Please report property damage or concerns within 24 hours of service.

  • Claims outside this window may not be eligible for review.

Photos of gates or yards may be taken for service confirmation.

  • We do not share or post customer photos publicly.

  • All customer information is kept confidential. Payment data is stored securely through a third-party processor.

9. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service due to:

  • Repeated late payments or bounced charges

  • Unsafe working conditions (e.g., aggressive dogs, blocked access)

  • Harassment, threats, or inappropriate conduct toward staff

If terminated, the customer will be notified via email and any balance must be paid within 7 days.

10. Legal Notice

By accepting these terms and submitting payment, you agree to our service structure, policies, and expectations. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
